This can be an annoying and time consuming problem. There are several ways to address this problem. One way is to use conditional formatting to highlight duplicate values in Excel. You can follow the steps below:
1.Select the range of cells you want to check for duplicate data.
2.Click on the "Home" tab and select "Conditional Formatting".
3.Select "Highlight cell rules" and then "Duplicate values".
4.In the "Duplicate values" dialog box, you can choose whether you want to highlight duplicate values or unique values.
5.For our example, select the "Duplicate" option.
6.You can also choose the style that will be applied to the duplicate values, which by default is the light red color for the cell fill.
