We currently have an issue we are facing where a user account based off our localised exchange accounts is now missing within a power bi workspace. However, instead of this user account dissapearing from Power BI permissions, it has left a blank user account. This is one user and not a ongoing issue. The user account is not known to us nor can we identify the username.
We have had multiple user accounts being removed daily, however this is the only user we are facing with this issue.
We can view the list, we can search to add new users, however, we cannot save. We recieve the following error.
We are unable to delete the user from the workspace, it successfully shows it is removed, but again, cannot save the changes. We recieve the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.

I search your request ID in internal trace tool and get the following error message. The issue is casued by the blank member with invalid email address.
"Incoming group contains an invalid email address. invalid member in membersToRemove"
Could you please go to Workspace->Members in Power BI Service, and check if you can remove the blank member in Office 365? Also please check if there is such invaild user in Office 365 admin portal.
