Hii @Anonymous - it looks to me like your bookmarks are not set correctly. When you need to change only specific visuals on button click, leaving the other visuals on the page unchanged you have to use the bookmark setting for "selected visuals".

Scenario:

  • Table 1 shows values by time series.
  • Table 2 shows some other values.
  • Buttons exist for Weekly and Monthly.

Expectation:

  • When the weekly button is clicked, table 1 should display the values by week.  No change should be made to table 2.
  • When the monthly button is clicked, table 1 should display the values by month.  No change should be made to table 2.

How to Configure:

  • Apply changes to table 1 so that it displays the values by week.
  • Select table 1.
  • Create a bookmark  - we'll call this DisplayValuesByWeek.
  • Hover on the new bookmark and select the three dots that appear at the right (if you accidentally click the bookmark name (making the action fire, click the undo button).
  • Make sure these settings are enabled: Display, Current Page, Selected Visuals
  • Repeat all of the steps above to create and configure the bookmark for DisplayValuesByMonth.
  • Select the Weekly button.  Apply the DisplayValuesByWeek bookmark as the button's action.
  • Select the Monthly button.  Apply the DisplayValuesByMonth bookmark as the button's action.
