After Unpivot the Count Number has Increased in the dashboard

I am trying to prepare internal dashboard, after unpivot the count column numbers are increased.

The original count was 713. I have unpivoted 109 columns, post which original count is changed to 713*109 = 77717.

I want to keep 713 as the original count in card in dashboard, post unpivot, how to do the same. How to manage Attritube and Values column, please let me know.

@Joe_Barry : Thanks for sharing the response. I cannot share share sample data due to restrictions. Count ID column is there but it is not helping. If there is any unique formula to exclude unpivoted repeated columns you can let me know. Apart from count ID, there are few summation columns (e.g. Total errors, Major Errors, Minor Errors), from these column also unique sum needs to be calculated. Post unpivot these summation numbers are increased.

I understand that the data is sensitive. But it will be difficult to help properly, without knowing what your desired outcome in detail is.

If you want to remove duplicates, you can highlight all columns and choose the remove duplicates feature in the ribbon.

Hi @PRASHANT_28

Can you provide more information or a sample of the dataset? Maybe there is an id you want to count? Then use DISTINCTCOUNT on the ID.

If you can provide a bit more info, I'll try to help

Joe
