Adding mulitple rows into one from datattype html to create a "Summary of operations"

I am trying to createa  powerquery BI, where I have many reports, and from the reports (they are html format), I am trying create an "Example of table" so powerBI knows which parameters to take in. From there, there is section with many subsection (hour by hour) for operations. I wish to add all of thouse however into one cell in the PowerBI as a "Summary of Operations". How can I do this? I cant seem to find out how

If they are in different columns, you can simply concatenate using the & operator. If they are in lists, List.Combine, List.Zip, or List.Union may work. But we need to see data to help.

Provide expected output using a screenshot of Excel or other image. Do not provide a screenshot of the source data. I cannot paste an image into Power BI tables.
