Active Directory data source - Getting all employees that report under an executive

Hello All...
Using active directory as a data source. I need to pull an "org chart" for 10 executives.  
(FYI... the project I'm on is not just an org chart project)
From the executive level this could cascade down 4/5 levels. 

I've found each executive's record, and that executive's DIRECT REPORTS, but what I can't find or figure out is how to cascade that down.
