Access the results of the function

I have a query that has a function that takes an argument which I enter (see below) and after I enter for example 02/02/2024 it returns a record with a list which I am trying to access right below the code that calls that function

This is where I call it 

 data = GetPages
in
 data

how would I access this list? I want to add field to each of the record in the list that will hold the value of the argument I enter. I can access this list by clicking on it but I was hoping to access it via the code
