Native way to publish Pipeline status updates to Azure Service Bus?

The Microsoft Fabric Data Factory provides a REST API for monitoring pipeline status:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/data-factory/pipeline-rest-api

Additionally, Eventstreams supports Azure Service Bus as a source:

Is there a native way to publish pipeline status updates directly to Azure Service Bus? The current REST API approach requires constant polling to monitor pipeline status in real-time, which can be inefficient.

Any insights or solutions for real-time pipeline status updates without polling?

Hi @andrew_marioboy ,

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

At the moment, Microsoft Fabric Data Factory doesn't provide a native way to publish pipeline status updates directly to Azure Service Bus. While workarounds using REST APIs or custom activities are possible, they may not fully meet real-time or event-driven requirements.

Your suggestion is definitely valuable! We use customer feedback like yours to prioritize future features.
