Mapping JSON from API Rest to SQL Table

I am asking a REST API and I obtain a JSON like this:

I want to map all records but it is storing only the first record of the JSON:

How can i do to store all records of the collection?

It may be necessary to parse the JSON data and insert it into the SQL table with the help of python.
