Can't create or copy pipelines: {"message":"{\"error\":{}}"}

I can't create or copy pipelines today using Data Factory on Fabric.  I'm getting the error: `{"message":"{\"error\":{}}"}`

I've tried multiple names and keep getting the same error.

I also trie saving a copy of an existing pipeline and it does not work. 

This error happens both in my personal workspaces and a company project.

It must have been a transient issue. I closed the tab and opened in a new one and now it is working.
