Hi @Augflavio

I would like to confirm with you that you are configuring refresh in Power Service? If yes, please refer to my reply below.

As a friendly reminder, next time you ask a service question please post in the Service's forum.

Usually, if you are connecting data source by import mode, then you can only schedule refreshes every 30 minutes.

But you can use Power Automate(formerly Microsoft Flow) to trigger dataset refreshes more frequently.

Here's a link for Power Automate approach: Refresh your Power BI dataset using Microsoft Flow | Microsoft Power BI Blog | Microsoft Power BI

If you use DirectQuery or LiveConnect, Power BI will perform tile refreshes. The dashboard tiles can be refreshed as soon as every 15 minutes.

Select semantic model and then select settings, you can change refresh frequency under refresh section.

Hi @Augflavio

I understand. You are using data sources in Import mode.

If possible, please follow my earlier suggestion and try switching to a different connection mode to adjust the refresh rate to 15 minutes.

Thank you for your response.

I hope this helps! If you need any further adjustments, feel free to let me know.

Best Regards,

Jarvis Tang
