Hello Everyone, Is anyone experiencing issues viewing PBI reports via the PBI mobile app today? We are experiencing an issue: open via mobile web, desktop web, or the desktop app works fine, but the mobile app is not working. Only the loading icon is displayed, and nothing else appears, even after a long wait.288Views4likes9CommentsPower BI Copilot ignores barcode scanner context filter in Mobile App
Hi all, I've come across what appears to be a gap between the Power BI Mobile App barcode scanning experience and Power BI Copilot. When using the barcode scanner in the Power BI Mobile App to open a report and display a specific record, the filtered record is correctly shown on the report page. Historically, I've noticed that this filter context does not appear in the report's filter pane, which has generally been acceptable. However, when using Power BI Copilot on that same page, Copilot appears unable to detect the barcode-scanner-applied filter context. As a result, Copilot answers questions based on the entire report dataset, rather than the specific record that was opened via barcode scan. Expected behaviour Copilot should inherit and respect the barcode scanner filter context applied to the report page. Responses should be generated based only on the filtered record (or filtered dataset) currently being viewed. Actual behaviour Copilot appears to ignore the barcode scanner context. Responses are generated against the unfiltered report data. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known limitation of Copilot, or is there a recommended workaround? Thanks.Solved207Views1like7CommentsReference label text of Card visualization is cut-off.
When a Card visual uses Reference labels, the label text and value text are cut off. The upper portion of the text (about 10%) is clipped. This issue occurs on mobile devices in both the Power BI mobile app and mobile web browsers. The same problem occurs on both iOS and Android.45Views0likes2CommentsFont rendering inconsistency in Power BI Mobile Embedded compared to Power BI Native Mobile App
LayoutType.MobilePortrait).
Objective : To allow users to securely access PBIRS on managed mobile devices. We already had PBIRS deployed and fully operantional in our on-premises environment. Users are accessing reports through desktop browsers with out any issues. Mobile Enablement: To enable mobile access, we planned to use Power BI Mobile application on iOS/Android devices managed through our Citrix MDM/XenMobile enviroment. SSL Certificate: Since secure communication was required, an SSL certificate was generated. The certificate was converted into a PFX certificate and provided to our citrix team for deployment as part of the mobile publishing process and team completed the certificate deployment succsfully. Application Deployment: The Power BI Mobile App was installed from the Apple app and play store on managed phones Connectivity test: We configured the PBIRS URL in the mobile application. The server was discovered successfully, and the logon screem appeared. Authentication issue: When entering Active Directory Credentials in the Power BI Mobile App, authentication fails with the following message. " user name or password is not correct" However, using the same URL and the same AD crednentials in Chrome/Safari/Edge on the same devices works successfully. This confirms that PBIRS is reachable and Operational Desktop browser access works. Mobile browser access works SSL is deployed and appears to be functioning correctly. Citrix deployment has been completed Users credentials are valid. Issue occurs only with in the Power BI Mobile App. Issue affects all users, not just one account Microsoft Support initially suggested that the issue might be related to the citrix environment, while our citrix team believes the deployment has been completed successfully. At this stage, we are trying to determine whether the issues lies with Power BI Mobile app PBIRS configuration Windows Authentication (NTLM/kerberos) Citrix ADC/netscaler Integration or another compatibility/configuration issue. Our Questions :Has anyone succesfully implemented a similar architecture ? PBIRS(On-Premises) + Citrix MDM/XenMobile + Power BI Mobile app. Any suggestions or implementation experiences would be greatly appreciated. Lesson Leared: troubleshooting already performed. I have the template for the mobile view. I want to copy and paste the formatting into the mobile views of separate reports. When I try to Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, and then Ctrl+V into the empty mobile view nothing happens. Is there a way to make this work? I don't want to manually put in the same format across many reports.Solved4.7KViews2likes9CommentsSubject: Voucher Status Inquiry – Microsoft Fabric Ambassador

Solved155Views0likes1Comment
