Is there a way to change the color of the app background. My company colors are on the right side, so I wanted to match it up on the app background. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, it's possible to change the color of an App. Go to the workspace that holds this App, click "Update app" button in top right corner. Then you can change the App theme color in Setup section.
