power bi report parts is missing in mobile app

hi, I have power bi report server and power bi reports in web portal

mobile app is logging succesfully but non of report parts, kpi's or folders is not showing in app (Android) . when I tried win10 app, only folders and kpis is showing up but power bi reports is missing again

what happend? what's the problem?
