How to avoid ticking mobile visualization

How can I define that nothing happens once a user clicks on a mobile visualization

Example 1:

A slicer is integrated. When a user wants to filter for sth., the first click on the filter only highlights the box that contains the filter, but does not select the filter

Example 2:

A user accidentally clicks on a number that is shown in a mobile report. How can I disable that anything happens once the user clicks on that number (e.g. a selection of the box that contains that number)

Current mobile report not support these features with you mentioned, I'd like to suggest you submit these ideas to idea forum.
