 Hi,

I'm trying to use the Power BI mobile app in Iphone for accesing data while offline - and interacting with the data. However this is not working. I have several filters in my dashboard and it does not allow me to interact with them (not even select anything). I have tried with the same dashboard in and Android device and this functionality works fine.

Does everyone know why this could be happening?

Thank you very much!

Hi,

When the device is in offline dashboards and reports are not interactive and this is the case in iOS and Android.

Therefore filters will not work in this case in both platforms.

Please send me screenshots of what didn't work on iOS and did on Android to mpbisup@microsoft.com.

Thanks,

Gabi
