Hi @Drobinson1,

In order to debug this issue we would like to ask you for more details:

1. On what device(s) this issue happens (iPhone/iPad/Android/Windows)?

2. What is the Power BI version they are using?

3. Does it happen to specific users only and to others it just work?

4. Does it happen also when these users are trying to set an alert from the web browser (app.powerib.com)?

5. If these users are able to set an alert from the web browser can they see that the alert rule exist when they open the alerts on this same tile?

Thanks,

Yaron

Looks it works when I switch them to admin.

Are admins the only ones who can set alerts?

We succeeded to repro the issue that you reported on.

Users currently can set alerts in Groups only if the Group defined as “Members can edit Power BI content” or if the users are admins.

We will look on this issue and update.
