Unknown error

I have upgraded iOS on Iphone 6S. But after upgrading i cannot open one very important Excel format file (xlsx) which was emailed to me.

Getting the message: Unknown error

anyone have had similar issue?

Hey there, bhampton! In order to open an Excel file, you would need to download a compatible application. You can search for them in the App store. For better suggestion on issues related with Excel files fix you can find Here.

Can you clarify how is the Excel related to Power BI? Was it published to PBI?
