Please help - I set up a report with a menu page and multiple filters. This works fine in both the desktop and published to the app it looks fine until users start to add personal bookmarks.
I have received reports of this issue - with some personal bookmarks the filters stop working and change from drop down to a list which they are unable to select from. If they reset all filters in the app this does fix it but then their bookmark no longer works. Here is a screenshot of how it looks:
If they reset all and restart the bookmark have they same issue. Has anyone else had this issue and is there any fix? Also when we check which filters were on the old bookmark all the

Does the issue occur only when you are using Mobile app? Or you referred to the Apps in Power BI?
If in the Mobile App in which device, you experience the issue? Android or iOS devices?

It works fine on my device. I use buttons to trigger bookmarks and add them in the mobile layout.
