Scanner Problem

When I scan an item's barcode/UPC using the barcode scanner, it is recognized and the proper report opens, but the report is blank, and I am unable to select any pages. Is anyone else having this issue?

I can't reproduce your issue , the scanner function works on my side, can you please share more detail contents?
