Report Server - server address error in mobile app

I'm trying to connect my PowerBI Report Server to the mobile app, but I'm getting a server address error.

Hey @JatinV ,

Is looks like you are trying to access a server that is only available internally in an organization. That means that your device needs to be connected to your organization's network using VPN or using local WIFI (and not cellular), otherwise it cannot resolve the server name,

You can test if your device can reach the server by using Safari on the device.
