Report Doesn't Show Data Only in Mobile App

Hi community,

I built Power BI report and publish to Power BI Service.

The report is connected with SSAS Tabular in live connection mode.

Of course, I configured gateway and data source in right way, so the report works without any problem on Power BI Service.

However, when I try to open the report on Power BI Mobile Apps, it doesn't show any data.

It looks cannot bring data, is there any further step that I must do to use Mobile App?

Please give me any idea.

Hi @Anonymous,

Any RLS or other advanced options you enabled on your dataset? Have you tested with the same account that you work on power bi service? If this is a case, I think you need to take a look at UPN settings first:

Manage your data source - Analysis Services#user-names-with-analysis-services 

In addition, what type of power bi mobile app you test? Please share more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario.

All my setting was correct, after a day, the report showed in the mobile all of sudden.

I think there are still some issues of Power BI service looks like bug.
