My Workspace/Report/App not showing up in Power BI Mobile

I cannot see My Workspace or any reports/apps that I have created showing up on Power BI Mobile (iOS), even though I can see all these on Power BI service. I have Power BI Pro license.

I got the below error message when accessing the shared Power BI report link on my iphone - open in Power BI app.

Please help! Is Premier license required to utilize Power BI Mobile? Thank you everyone for your input!

Hi  @jojo_oc ,

As far as I know, to use the mobile app itself a user does not need any license, just to have an active Power BI subscription.

Quickstart: Explore dashboards and reports in the mobile apps - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Solved: Does the end user need power bi license to view re... - Microsoft Fabric Community

Here is the solution to a similar error, hope it helps:

Link to open Power BI iPhone App from Dynamics 365 - Microsoft Fabric Community

Ensure that your app is up to date. Sometimes, outdated versions can cause compatibility issues.

Can you please also share what platform (IOS, Android), app version and OS version your user is using?

hey @jojo_oc ,

Were you able to find your content?

At the footer there is an action for Workspaces and action for Apps - once you tap on one of them you should be able to see apps and workspaces you have access to. After you view an item (report, dashboard, app) it will show up in the home screen for an easier and faster access.

If you are still experiencing issues, please let me know.

Thanks Maya
