Multi-Row Card Title - Font size issue

Hello, 

When I increase the font size of the title on the visual the preview on "Phone Layout" shows correclty, but looking at the visual through the app the font seems to be limited to about a size 10. I've played around with it and believe this might be a bug or curious if there is any suggestions.

What type of device are you test? Device system version and mobile app version? Please provide more detail information to help us clarify this scenario.
