Mobile Report Problem - Error Code : ERR_TOO_MANY_RETRIES

 

If we want to access our report on the report server, we get the error in the attachment. The user can view the report names and folders, but cannot see the report content. We don't get the same error on iPhone. We deleted the cache of the application. Delete and reinstall the program. We use report server not cloud. We look forward to your help.

 

Our Mobile System : Samsung Galaxy S8+ OS: Android 8.0

 

Power BI Mobile Version : 2.2.190109.112411 Network : 4.5G

        Hi,

         

        Have the same error message with Android, but works fine on iOS.

         

        Android version: 8.00

        PowerBI Report Server Version: 15.0.1102.235

        PowerBI Desktop Version: 2.65.5313.1381 64-bit

        SQLServer 2016

         

        Need help.

    We got same error.

    We can access reports on browser on same tablet.

    IOS is fine.

    We look forward to your help.

    This is the Turkish "i" problem. In Turkish uppercase "i" different from "I". If you use uppercase username in login page, the problem will be solved.
