Leadership likes mobile Apps

What is the best way to manage a mobile app vs desktop? Would it be better to build a separate premium workspace based on the mobile app?

The only real difference is the screen real estate utilization.  You may need separate reports but this can all be in the same workspace and app.

Thanks for your insight, Ibendilin.

@art2008 , in my opinion, Power BI Mobile Apps is primarily for viewing and interacting with reports and dashboards on mobile devices (iOS and Android). Power BI Desktop is a comprehensive tool for data analysis and report creation on a local computer. Or, Power BI Desktop is a preparation where you create a report locally and publish it to Power BI Service/Power BI Mobile Apps for collaborative sharing.

Creating a separate premium workspace based on the mobile app alone might not be necessary.

If you need advanced features like larger storage, higher refresh rates, and AI capabilities, a Premium workspace might be beneficial. However, this decision should be based on your overall needs rather than the device used to access the reports.

Ensure that reports are optimized for mobile viewing. Power BI allows you to create mobile-optimized views of your reports. Here's the doccument for your reference:
