Custom visuals no longer working with iOS

Custom visuals in iOS report views are not populating correctly, (no errors, just blanks). The same report visuals work correctly when using the web service. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Hey wadda7 , gregclewis 

     

    We are publishing a fix to the custom visual issue. 

    It should be available by 11/24 end of day (PST). 

    There is no need to upgrade the mobile app, but it might be required to refresh the report (report header--> "..."--> refresh).

      any updates about this issue I have more than 30 users using power bi mobile app and they are waiting

    same issue with me 

    chicletslicer visual shows as blank in IOS and android too but work fine in web

    Hey wadda7 ,

     

    We are still working on it. 

    As an immidiate mitigation, can you please guide your users to refresh the view (report header--> "..." --> refresh)?

    If this does not work, then sign out and sign in can also help.
