Android domain authentication to PBIRS

Hello,

I've been trying to connect to the PBIRS on my domain in the Power BI android mobile app.

The authentication succeeds with the builtin admin account in the power bi report server, but fails if I try to authenticate with the domain/username account.

The authentication in the browser succeeds with both accounts.

Is there a technical issue I'm not aware about?

HI @Yousra,

Have you test on mobile device web browser? If these account works for mobile web browser, it means the issue may related power bi mobile app.
