when i am using a mobile app it says i need pro licence.
when i got into web app it says pro user but only 1 GB of storage.

On the Mobile apps of Power BI you can only see the dashabords that were shared with you or created by you.
If you are able to see this dashboard on the Web but not on the Mobile app, please contact our Support team at
There are two level of access in PowerBI.com Free and Pro. Pro license is required to consume content that was created using Pro features. So if you don't have a Pro license, you may not be able to consume all of the content in your Power BI tenant.
You should try to sign up for Pro license, there is a 60 days trial and see if that fixes it.
