Android Mobile App Pro Licence

Hi, when i am using a mobile app it says i need pro licence.   when i got into web app it says pro user but only 1 GB of storage.   Please help.

    Please download the latest version of our app from the Play Store.

Hi Jonno232,

 

On the Mobile apps of Power BI you can only see the dashabords that were shared with you or created by you.

If you are able to see this dashboard on the Web but not on the Mobile app, please contact our Support team at

[email protected]

There are two level of access in PowerBI.com Free and Pro.  Pro license is required to consume content that was created using Pro features.  So if you don't have a Pro license, you may not be able to consume all of the content in your Power BI tenant.
