Raw data not showing up in Table view
Hi,
There seems to be an issue when I am trying to show raw data in Table view. This issue keeps popping up intermittently when we are showing our uploaded raw data in Table view. You can see in below example for '389505-BCN-3' we should have 2 lines of data, but when we are showing the data in Table view there is only 1 line. As the other data is not shown in Table view, the users that use this dashboard to download the data is not able to see the whole data points. Can someone please help me on this issue?

If there any questions or need more clarifications, please let me know.
Thank you,
Ray

Hi Anonymous ,
Based on the data revealed, the two rows appear to be the same.
Two rows of identical data, in power bi desktop, will appear to be merged into a single display row unless an index column is added to them for effective differentiation, as shown on your diagram.
Therefore, it is recommended that you add index columns to the data in the power query.Best regards,

Hi Selina,
Thank you for responding to my post. These 2 datapoints are not supposed to be merged. My first screenshot might not show the difference between these 2 datapoints. This screenshot below might show the datapoint difference. You can see that in POL CODE, ETD, and ETD Week_ column values that there are different values and I do show these columns in Table view. This should not make the data get merged into a single view.
It is weird that right now my data source and table view are only showing 1 datapoint when the raw data that I pulled directly from DB shows that there are 2 datapoints (above screenshot). Not sure what is going on with the PBI data source now.
Thank you,
Ray

Hi Anonymous ,
So what is happening is that the two rows are completely different in your data source, but after importing into power bi there is only one row?

Hi Selina,
Yes, that is correct. This appears intermittently and happens for short period of time.
2 rows are completely different in the DB. Importing to Power BI data source we still find 2 rows. It's just that when it is shown in Table View (without summarization) there is only 1 row.
I hit a road block on how to debug and resolve this problem.
Thank you,
Ray

Hi Anonymous ,
Are you convenient to show me the complete data of two rows? And the complete table view you have created, which columns are included.

Hi Anonymous,
This issue happens intermittently. That last problem was not observed anymore. Right now, we have 1 set of data where it is not showing up in the PBI dashboard. There should be no more rows aside from this 1 line of data but PBI is not showing the data.

It can be searched with the slicer, but Table view is not showing up
This is the whole raw data for the line.
