Based on the data revealed, the two rows appear to be the same.
Two rows of identical data, in power bi desktop, will appear to be merged into a single display row unless an index column is added to them for effective differentiation, as shown on your diagram.
Therefore, it is recommended that you add index columns to the data in the power query.
