I got information internally below:
I understood customer’s concern however, the feature design is in such a way that we try to load the entire dashboard in a headless browser. If the dashboard is too large, browser has to be zoomed out to fit the entire dashboard in the browser to take a screenshot, hence the images and text might appear small. Currently, we don’t have a feature in pipeline to change how the screenshot is taken.
