can't open new notebooks anymore

I cannot open notebooks. I tried from the workspace and from the lake. It just is not working currently. Am I doing something wrong?

Update:

Chrome was blocking third party cookies for some reason all of the sudden. third party cookies enabled and it works again. This might also be coincidence and an outage was fixed overnight? Not sure but check and see if it helps.

I also cannot open notebooks and am experience the exact same issue as is seen in the gif posted by ebohn.

I have tried edge as well as chrome and on both ensured that third-party cookies are available and this does not seem to solve it. I've also tried logging in and out repeatedly and restarting my machine just to be safe.

Could someone please assist me?

Hi Eya, In my case, my browser was set to not allow third party cookies. Unable to open Notebook in Microsoft fabric 

when I click on Open notebook, Its not opening up.  tried logging out and in

Sorry for the late reply. No. It was a cookie issue for me. All working now.
