I have tried F5, it just refreshes the page in browser.

Adding on this, SHIFT+Enter works just as fine as CTRL+Enter (which is my preferred way to run queries 😊 ).

The key board shortcut for running a query in Fabric SQL Analytics end point is Shift +Enter
