Hi guys,
I have existing Fabric Dataflow (which is not created by me), and when I open it, I notice the Data destination is all set to Lakehouse, but without the setting or gear icon, like this one :
AFAIK, after we set Data Destination, normally we have the gear icon, like this for example :
About the one without gear icon, if I hover on top of it, it is informed like it was already set the destination:
So my question is how to edit this, or if I want ot change the default ?
In the top toolbar, there is Default data connection, but there is no edit, although there is "Remove"
May I know how it was set at the first place, and how to edit this ?
Thanks

Hi @VoltesDev
When you create a Dataflow Gen2, you can set a default destination for your dataflow. This helps you get started quickly by loading all queries to the same destination.
But, when you choose Dataflow Gen2 from either the Lakehouse, Warehouse or KQL Database, the data destination experience is slightly different from a "standard" Dataflow Gen2 that was created from the workspace.

Hi @VoltesDev,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
Since the gear icon is missing, it states that the destination was set at the dataflow level rather than at the individual transformation step which means it cannot be changed per table unless the default destination is removed first.
Default Data Destination button does not have an Edit option, only Remove.
Click on Remove to remove the default destination and re-add the correct destination by configuring the dataflow again.
If per-table control is required, destinations may need to be set manually after removing the default.
