Hi @Priya_PF,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum. Based on your description and the screenshots, it appears that this issue may be related to a known problem with Eventstream publishing when using streaming connector sources.

As shared by community member, please refer to the link shared by the community member for more details and suggested workarounds.

In the meantime, please ensure:
Your account has Microsoft Fabric enabled at the tenant level.
You have the required workspace roles (e.g., Admin or Member).
The destination (Eventhouse) is properly configured and resides in the same region as the Eventstream.

I hope my suggestions are helpful. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. We are here to assist you.
If this post helps, please consider accepting it as the solution to help other members find it more quickly.

Hi @Priya_PF ,

Thanks for sharing the error details and screenshot—these are very helpful!

Based on the error message "Your account doesn’t have access" and Error Code 53003, it looks like your account is missing the necessary permissions to publish data from Eventstream to Eventhouse, even though you believe you have the required roles.

Here are a few things to check and try:

  1. Check Role Assignments:
Make sure your user account is assigned the correct roles in both the Eventstream and Eventhouse resources. For publishing, you typically need to be assigned as a Contributor or Data Owner, not just a Reader.

  2. Admin Consent:
Sometimes, even if you have individual permissions, certain actions require admin consent for the app registration or service principal behind Power BI or Eventstream. Contact your Azure AD administrator to ensure all necessary permissions are granted.

  3. Token or Session Issues:
Try signing out and back in, or using a different browser, in case there's a stale session or authentication token causing the access problem.

  4. Tenant or Subscription Context:
Make sure you are working in the correct Azure tenant and subscription. Access issues can occur if you have multiple accounts or tenants and are logged into the wrong one.

  5. Device State:
The error message shows "Device state: Unregistered." If your organization requires device compliance or registration for data access, this could be blocking your operation. Try accessing from a registered, compliant device if possible.

  6. Ask Your Admin:
Share the troubleshooting details (error code, request ID, correlation ID, timestamp) with your IT or Azure admin team. They can look up these details in Azure logs for further investigation.

If you’ve checked all of the above and still have issues, your admin can also flag the sign-in error for review as suggested in the error message.

Let us know if any of these steps help or if you need more guidance!
