Hi,
In one of my datamarts, I am unable to modify or create a new measure. The script is never saved.
I've also noticed that I can't delete this datamart. It disappears, but when I refresh the page, it's back.
Any ideas?

Hi @amolt , @Backroads4Me ,
Glad that you are able to delete and recreate a datamart.
As per the issue with creating a datamart, I have reached the internal team for help.
This might require a deeper investigation from our engineering team about your workspace, the dataset details and the logic behind it to properly understand what might be happening. If its a bug, we will definitely would like to know and properly address it.
Please go ahead and raise a support ticket to reach our support team:

Thank you.
I am having the same issue with a Data Warehouse. I'm able to create a new measure, but the DAX never saves. When I click off of the measure and come back to it, the code is gone.
Hi @amolt , @Backroads4Me ,
I have reached the internal team for help on this. I will update you once I hear from them.
Appreciate your patience.
Hi @Anonymous ,
I saw you reached out to amolt in another reply. FWIW, I am still not able to create a mesure in my Warehouse. However, I was able to create measures in a Lakehouse in the same workspace.

Hi @amolt ,
Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Apologies for the issue you are facing. For now, only the admin role of the workspace can delete the datamart. Although the member role has the delete option, it has no practical effect. Hence you need to be an admin to delete the datamart.
Please refer to this link for more information: link
Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have any further issues.
Hi @Anonymous,
Thanks for your reply.
I understood why I couldn't delete the datamart.
It was used by a report, itself in an application.
Nevertheless, no information indicated this situation until I tried to redeploy the report with the deployment pipeline. It was in this pipeline that I tried to delete the data mart again and got an error message indicating the situation. So I deleted the application and managed to delete the data mart.
But that doesn't explain why I was no longer able to modify or create a measure in this datamart.
Hi @amolt ,
Apologies for the delay in response. Are you able to modify or create a measure in datamart now?
Did your issue get resolved?
Please let me know if you have any further queries.
Hi @Anonymous ,
I solved my problem by deleting and recreating the datamart. I don't know if it's the right solution, but it's the only one I've found.
I found the Datamarts to be unstable and had to delete and restart more than once. Whatever you do, don't rename a Datamart! I've since started using a Datawarehouse and so far it has been much more reliable.
Hi @amolt ,
Were you not able to create a measure before also or is this an issue which is happening recently?
Can you please send the screenshot of the error?
@Anonymous,
I had this error on only one workspace and for two days.
I had to delete the datamart (UAT) and redeploy the DEV datamart to regain the ability to modify or create measurements.
In fact, I have no error message.
When I changed the focus to edit another measurement, when I returned to the first one, the modified code had disappeared.
