Hi @astiw,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
The "FeatureNotAvailable" error you're encountering likely indicates that the Microsoft Fabric feature you're trying to access isn't currently enabled for your tenant, region, or capacity SKU, despite the absence of explicit guidelines in the Quick Start documentation.
Verify if DevGateway is supported in the EAST US region for regional availability.
Test in a different region by provisioning a test environment (e.g., West Europe, Central US) to see if the error persists.
Did I answer your question? Mark my post as a solution, this will help others!
If my response(s) assisted you in any way, don't forget to give "Kudos"

Fabric capacity is used in two workspaces which i was trying to connecte F2. As per documentation F & P SKUs are sufficient. Two links

HI @lbendlin , We are exploring Microsoft Fabric workload development kit for custom workload development. We are in very initial stages where we are setting up dev enviornment by following Quick start - Run a sample workload - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn. we are stuck at steps 12 of above wiki when running DevGateway . I am consistantly getting same error. I tried two different tenants one has F SKU . Efrror message "FeatureNotAvailable" is very generic and not sure what is problem here. Possibly tenet region (EAST US) or SKU. but a per wiki there is no such guideline for Tenant region or fabric capacity SKU.
There is no error in event viwer or any logs in DevGateway folder
