To reduce Fabric capacity usage, I'm seeking a method to trigger pipelines or events in Fabric without maintaining an event monitor running 24/7. I would like to use REST APIs for this purpose. If anyone has insights or ideas on how to achieve this, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss.
