Request for Extension of Audiance groups from 25

Hi Team,

Appreciate your help in the following situations .

Due to limitation of User groups to 25, eventhough my individual users not reached 10k, am unable to give access to new users as they want report access other than these User groups while updating Power BI Workspace App.

Request you to consider this as issue and appreciate you if you would increase this to 100 user groups.

This is a known limitation, and unfortunately, Microsoft has not officially increased this limit.

You are right, currently there is a limitation of 25 user groups for audience targeting in Power BI apps, and this can be restrictive for organizations with large numbers of users or more granular access needs. As of now, Microsoft has not increased this limit, and it can impact scenarios like yours where individual user counts are high but group limits are reached quickly.

The best approach is to submit your feedback and detailed use case through the official Microsoft feedback channels, especially Microsoft Fabric Ideas. The product team regularly reviews these submissions, and requests with clear business impact and user demand are more likely to be prioritized for future updates.
