We're having an issue on on Fabric capacity in our Hychara tenant. We purchase/upgrade our capacity to an F64 SKU. In our MS Fabric portal the capacity shows as F64 too. But all of our workspaces; on that capacity still show as F16. And When we login without a fabric trial, we're unable to view the reports which we should be able to do on F64
Hi @leaderbuilder ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric community. It seems there is an issue with the capacity upgrade to F64 SKU, as the workspaces are still displaying F16.
Double-check a few things:

Hi @leaderbuilder how long has it been since you upgraded your F16 to F64? Sometimes it can take a few hours to reflect in the Workspace itself.
It has now been two days.
The capacity shows in Azure for that capacity (devfabric1) - SKU: F64
In PowerBI under Capacity Settings>Fabric Capacity it also shows SKU F64 for that capacity name (devfabric1) .
However in Workspaces ALL of the workspaces assigned to that capacity name (devfabric1) show Capacity SKU of F16 still.
We have tried assigning the workspaces to another capacity (F8 that we have) and then re-assigning them back to the correct capacity. But the SKU sill shows F16 and not F64.
Therefore we are unable to have guest users utilize any dashboards or report views.
If it's been 2 days I would suggest raising a support ticket with MS.
does this happen with new workspaces too?
