Notification about exceeding % of F SKU

sending the notification set as below is not working. i didn't get any mails even it exceeded 1% or full capacity.

did i set it wrong?

Hi @jwryu ,

Your setup looks fine, you can follow a few steps below to fix and troubleshoot the problem:

1. Check that the email address is correct, and if so, that the email is not being filtered to the spam folder.
2. If you have already received a notification before, a new notification will not be sent even if the threshold is exceeded again during the three-hour time period after the notification is sent.

ive found that the mail was sent successfully.

i just did not check right mail account 😂
