Help understanding Azure Hosted IR Data Movement Cost.

Hi All could I please get help understanding Azure Hosted IR Data Movement Cost?

Currently, we are experiencing a very high cost specifically on the Azure Hosted IR Data Movement Cost.

I cannot find any information on how this cost is calculated. Could someone please explain this to me or point me to the documentation?
