Hello.
I am trying to deploy a Fabric Capacity through the Azure Portal and am getting the error below.
In the Azure Subscription I have the Contributor profile, and I'm trying to create this instance in the same region as the Tenant: East US 2. Any idea what might be happening?
Thanks.

The error message in your screenshot—“All administrators must belong to the same tenant (Code: BadRequest)”—means that at least one of the administrators assigned to the Microsoft Fabric Capacity instance does not belong to the same Azure AD (Entra ID) tenant as the others
Check the list of assigned administrators for the Fabric Capacity deployment.
Remove any users who are not part of your Azure AD tenant (including guest users and external accounts).
