Dependency Issue while deploying data pipeline from azure repo

I have data pipelines which are inter dependent on each other, i.e one pipeline will be calling another pipeline. When I try to update my workspace with my repo, I gives me dependency error. I guess, while updating or creating the pipelines, Fabric doesnt keep track of dependencies.
