Hi,
thinking a customer table to query, is it possible to show/mask the customer name respect to the value of the customer type? Only for specific customer types the customer date have to be visible.
Thanks
Hi @pmscorca,
AFAIK, current define dynamic data masking seems not support to add conditions. You may need to create function or policies to control this feature status based on specific conditions or try to use column-level security to control the column display based on conditions.
In addition, you can also take a look at the official document define dynamic data masking part if helps:

Hi, it seems that the dynamic data masking and the column-level security features don't allow to implement a conditional data masking respect to another column, isn't it?
Does it exist another manner to solve a such issue? Thanks
Hi @pmscorca,
Perhaps you can take a look at the security policy, you can setting a condition on it to control the DDM effects:

Hi, it seems that using a security policy I couldn't satisfy the business requirement. Thanks
