Hi all,
Right now, whenever I log experiments or register models in a Notebook using MLflow (e.g., mlflow.set_experiment(), mlflow.sklearn.log_model(), mlflow.register_model()), the resulting experiment item and model item are automatically created in the root workspace directory.
Is there a way to let us define where in the workspace these experiment/model items are created?
If not, how are others handling this?
Thanks in advance!

Hello @nbleonhard,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Currently, there isn’t a built-in option to define where in the workspace directory experiments or model items are created when using MLflow in Microsoft Fabric they default to the root directory.
If this is important to your workflow, we recommend submitting feedback on the Microsoft Fabric Ideas site. The product team actively reviews ideas there, and suggestions with more upvotes are more likely to be considered for future updates.
If this information is helpful, please “Accept as solution” and give a "kudos" to assist other community members in resolving similar issues more efficiently.
Thank you.
