Can a pipeline in Fabric be activated from a trigger coming from an external service?

Hi,

Can a pipeline in Fabric be activated from a trigger coming from an external service (outside of Microsoft)? If so, what would the process be?. In my case, I have a database on AWS and I need the pipeline in Fabric to be triggered when the source database is updated.
