Hi,
Is it possible to give access to a Fabric workspace, using a powerbi workspace identity from another tenant?
I would really like to avoid using guest-sharing.

Hi,
My issue is resolved, but not as described in the replies.
I ended up creating a app registration with read permissions to the warehouse. This could be used from other tenants using key/secret.

Hello @weirsonx
Yes its possible, I have used b2b with couple of public sector clients who were not comfortable creating the guest accounts.
This is how we have done this.
and this is the simplest way i have discovered
The approach we had taken during the Fabric project was to create a project MSFT Teams Team site/channel and then invite the guest team folks into this using their other tennat emails. This has the effect of triggering Entra ID B2B guest accounts for them, listing them on the directory. Then clients can then add the as members to a Fabric workspace and share access to it this way.
There can be some other settings re MFA setup , IP access etc. that we might need to be to edit for their B2B accounts.
after this we have to use a custom url ti login to client tenant .
Thanks
